At The Drop TCG, we understand that receiving your Japanese Booster Box of Pokémon cards as quickly as possible is important to you. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your cards arrive in pristine condition.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and have USPS and UPS rates for all other orders. All orders are shipped within 1 business day and can be tracked through our website. We know that there is nothing worse than ordering an item and it not shipping for days so we do our best to get shipments out as quickly as possible!

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Drop TCG. With That being said, the nature of Trading cards is we cannot accept returns except for products that were damaged during shipping. In those cases, we will need photos of the items right when they arrive damaged so we can file a claim with the correct shipping company. If your item is damaged in transit please reach out to us immediately via email.
